Welcome

The Mt. Airy Chapter of the IWLA is an all-volunteer nonprofit wildlife conservation and shooting club, with 2 skeet fields, 7 trap fields, a 25, 50, 100, 200, and 300-yard centerfire range, and a 25-yard pistol range, a steel pistol range also a archery range.
The rifle and pistol ranges all have covered pavilion firing positions. Hunting is permitted on the club property (over 150 acres) during hunting season.

 

 

Skeet and Trap are open Thursday (5:30p – 8:30p) and Saturday (10am – 2pm)

  • Friday night pistol steel shoot on June 6th from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM, with a mandatory safety talk at 5:30 PM and a $10 per person cost for shooting until you run out of ammo

  • Fall Skeet League:  Wednesday evenings from September 17th to October 22nd
